Who runs ISAI

Daeta Labs runs ISAI. In these terms, “we” is Daeta Labs and “you” is the person who uses ISAI. To speak to us, write to hello@daetalabs.com.
When you use ISAI, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use ISAI.

The ISAI app (on this website, at /app): you give ISAI a goal, and ISAI runs your AIs as one team and brings you one result.
ISAI’s extension for Chrome, with ISA (the bubble next to your AI): it finds pages that help, checks answers, and lets the ISAI app work with your AIs in your browser.
ISAI Doc (on this website, at /isai-doc): a document where ISAI helps you write and research.
These terms apply to all of them and to this website.

One account is for one person. Do not share it.
Keep your password safe. Tell us at once if you think that another person uses your account.
You must be 16 or older to make an account.
Give a true email address, so that you can get your password back and get messages about your account.

Do not use ISAI for anything illegal.
Do not abuse, attack or overload ISAI, the people who run it or the people who use it.
Do not try to get around ISAI’s limits, free uses, codes or security. For example, do not make many accounts or guests to get more free uses.
Do not copy, scrape or resell ISAI without our permission.
We can pause or end an account that breaks these rules.

ISAI uses your own sign-ins on AI sites (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others), in your own browser. ISAI never sees your passwords for them.
The terms, rules and usage limits of those sites apply to you. Read them.
You are responsible for what you send to those sites. This includes the prompts that ISAI types for a task after you approve its plan.
ISAI is not part of the companies that run those AI sites.

ISAI gives free uses and credits, up to limits. ISAI shows you the limits.
We can change the limits, the credits and the prices. Credits are not money: you cannot change them for cash.

What you write, attach or get from your AIs is yours.
ISAI uses it only to run the service, as the Privacy policy says. We do not sell it.

We give ISAI “as is”. AI answers, ISAI’s checks and the pages that ISAI finds can be wrong or old. Check important facts before you use them, mainly for health, money and legal questions.
We work to keep ISAI available, but we do not promise that it always works or has no errors.

As far as the law allows, Daeta Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, or for what your AI sites do.
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is not more than the amount that you paid us for ISAI in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not let us limit.

You can stop at any time. Delete my account in ISAI Settings removes your account and its data.
We can pause or end an account that breaks these terms. When we can, we tell you first. If we stop ISAI, we tell you before it stops.

We can change these terms. The date below shows the last change.
For a big change, we tell you in ISAI or by email before it starts. When you use ISAI after a change, you agree to the new terms.

The laws of India apply to these terms. The courts of India decide a dispute about them.
